LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PHILIP P. KREBS? DECEASED
I Philip P. Krebs, husband of Elizabeth Krebs, now residing in Newport Campbell County, in the state of Kentucky, being in good bodily health, and of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldy affairs, while I have strength and capacity to do so, do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all previous Wills made by me, that is to say.
First; I desire that all my just debts be paid.
Secondly, I do hereby give and bequeath to
my wife Elizabeth Krebs, all the property of which I may die seized, both real
estate, and personal and mixed, she to have hold and enjoy the same, to herself,
her heirs and assigns, forever.
Thirdly: I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Krebs as the
sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament and desire that no inventory
be filed, and accounting be had with the Probate Court, and that no Bond be
required of her.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Cincinnati Hamilton County Ohio on this 18th day of June A.D. 1903.

the presence of us, who in his presence and the presence of each other, and at
his request have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses.
