LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF OTTO FEDERLE
I, Otto Federle being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.
First, I will that all my just debts be paid.
Second;-I give, devise and bequeath all my Real, Personal and Mixed Property to my wife Barbara Federle in fee simple forever.
Third-I nominate and appoint my wife Barbara Federle, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and ask the Court to require no bond of her; and I further direct that no inventory be taken of my Estate.
Given under my hand this 21stday of February, 1901.

Signed, acknowledged and published by the Testator as his Last Will and Testament and signed by us as witnesses hereto at his request and in the presence of each other.
