LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF NICHOLAS FEDERLE.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Nicholas Federle, at present residing in Newport, Kentucky, being of full ate, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me made.
1. I desire and direct that all my just, debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, death and burial be first paid out of my estate.
2. I give, Devise and bequeath to my son Nicholas Federle, Jr. my real estate located at 11th. Street and Washington Avenue, Newport, Kentucky absolutely and in fee simple.
3. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Hilda J. Federle, my real estate at Evergreen and Orchard Streets in Southgate, Kentucky, absolutely and in fee simple.
4. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, William A. Federle, my real estate located at 10th and Liberty Streets in Newport, Kentucky, absolutely and in fee simple.
5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real, personal or mixed, whosesoever the same may be situated I give, devise and bequeath to my three children, Nicholas Federle, Hilda J. Federle and William A. Federle or to the survivor or survivors of either, in equal shares, share and share alike.
6. I nominate and appoint, my son, Nicholas O. Federle Jr. to be Executor of the Will, and desire that no bond be required of him as such. I give and grant to my said Executor full and complete power to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, without any order of Court, upon such terms as he deems proper.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name and published this will the 2nd day of December 1943.
