NEWPORT
The will of Frederica Madglung, deceased, was probated in the
County Court yesterday. She bequeaths to Clara Steinhauser and Frederica Wolf,
sisters of her deceased husband, Albert Madglung, the undivided one third
interest in all her real personal and mixed estate of every kind and
description.
She also gives one third to her three sisters, Amelia Duncan, Louisa Regeater and Catherine Ross, and one third to the Ohio German Conference in the Church of the United Brethren in Christ, but the interest thereof to be paid by the said Ohio German Conference to the preacher of the United Brethren in Christ Church at the city of Newport so long as the church here shall exist.
There is a codicil to the will, in which she gives to Mrs. Kate Ross all of her bedding and the photographs of her hsuband and mother, Caroline Theis. She also gives to Eugene Schafer the sum of $25.
She names Daniel Hetsch as her executor. He qualified as such with Katherine Hetsch as his surety. Messrs. H Williams, George Sareck and A Hauser were appointed appraisers of the personality.
