Will of Joseph Newhouse, 505 W 10th st. Newport, was probated Friday by Judge William C Buten in Campbell County Court. Jacob Roll, sheriff, is named executor and instructed to dispose of the estate.
The deceased leaves his household property and $100 to his son, Richard. Two great grandchildren, Evelyn and Elizabeth Newhouse, are given $150 each, while a $100 bequeath is made to Jessie Newhouse Guestine. The St Joseph Orphanage is given $50. The residue of the estate is to be divided between his two sons, Richard and David Newhouse.
