I, John Stevens of Mason county and district of Kentucky. . . I give and bequeath unto my loving wife, Elizabeth Stevens all my estate both real and personal during her widowhood and after her widowhood to be equally divided among my children when my youngest child come of age and further that have the disposal of a certain negro names James, as she shall think proper and in case her death should happen or she marry before my said youngest child comes of age, my desire is that my whole Estate should be kept for the support and education of youngest children till youngest comes of age and then to be equally divided among the surviving children.
Lastly I constitute and appoint my loving wife Elizabeth Stevens and my son-in-law, Jacob White and my son, Thomas Stevens, my Executrix and Executors. In witness whereof I do acknowledge this to be my last will and testament sealed with my seal and acknowledged this 4th day of April 1794.

Whereas John Stevens, deceased did by his last Will and Testament devise to me Elizabeth Stevens during widowhood all his real estate which will more fully appear by reference to said Will of record in Mason County and whereas I not having marriage since the death of John, my husband, feel disposed to convey to the children of said John, my right to a tract of land containing 506 acres lying in Campbell County in the State of Kentucky.
Indenture made 27 March 1812 between Elisabeth,
widow of John Stevens, deceased of the one part and Sarah White, Elizabeth
Kelly, Thomas Stevens, James Stevens, Susannah Ware and Hissy Riley, the
children of the said John, deceased of the other part. Elizabeth in
consideration of $1 sells her right to a certain tract of land containing 506
acres lying in the County of Campbell beginning at 2 hickories and a white oak,
the 2nd corner of a tract of land containing 1000 acres granted by the
Commonwealth of Kentucky to John Stevens by patent dated the 22 February 1794.

Deed made March 28, 1812, Sarah White, formerly Stevens and Jacob White, her husband, Elizabeth Kelley, formerly Stevens and George Kelley, her husband, Thomas Stevens, John Stevens, James Stevens, Susannah Ware, formerly Stevens, wife of Israel Ware, and the said Israel, her husband and Etisay (signed Hester at end of deed) Reiley, formerly Stevens, wife of Robert Reiley and the said Robert, her husband, heirs and legal representatives of John Stevens, deceased of the one part and William Stanley of the Town of Cincinnati, County of Hamilton, State of Ohio, of the other part.
The heirs in consideration of the sum of $1 sell every part of that certain tract of land situated in the County of Campbell containing 506 acres, part of tract of land containing 1000 acres grated by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to John Stevens by patent dated 22 February 1794.
