In the name of God Amen, I, Johnson Arnold being of the County of Campbell and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner & form following that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my beloved mother, brother James and sister Sally, my whole and total estate to be theirs till death but previous to their taking possession of my estate, my debts must be paid & my accounts settled.
In witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal the 12th day of November 1813.
