Last Will and Testament of Johanna Federle.

In the Name of the Benevolent Father of All:
I, the said Johanna Federle, being of sound mind
and memory, desiring to make such disposition of my worldly estate
as I deed best, make, publish and declare, this to be my last will
and testament, hereby revoking all former wills whatsoever by me
made.
First: I desire all my just debts and funeral
expenses to be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
Second: I give and bequeath to my beloved husband,
Nicholas Federle, the sum of Two thousand dollars.
Third: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real and personal, wherever situate, I give, devise and
bequeath to my three children, Nicholas Federle, Hilda Federle and
William Federle, share and share alike, the executor is to hold
personal property bequeated to William until he arrives at the age
of twenty-one years.
Fourth: Should any of my children die without
issue before he or she arrives at the age of twenty-one, then in
said event his or her share is to go to the survivors or survivor.
Fifth: I nominate and appoint my son Nicholas
Federle, Jr., and my nephew George J. Nunner, Jr., to be the
executors of this Will, without bond.
In Witness Whereof, I have herunto set my hand this
18th day of August 1932.

for her last will and testament, in our presence, and subscribed
and attested by us as witnesses, in her presence, and at her
request.

proven, established and ordered to record as the last Will and
Testament of said decedent.
