LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JACOB HAIGIS DECEASED
I, Jacob Haigis, being of sound mind and disposing memory do
hereby make, publish and ordain the following as end for my last Will and
testament in the Manner following towit:
First. I give bequeath and devise unto my beloved daughters Christina Morscher
seventy $70.00 dollars, and Margaret Glenker, one hundred and fifty $150.00
dollars which of the above is due them by a claim against me personally.
After above has been paid also all of my legal depts paid, the remainder of my
estate, real, personal property of every kind and description that I may own at
the time of my death, is to be equally divided amongst my beloved children share
and share alike namely as follows, Christina Morscher,
Valentine Haigis, George Haigis, Margaret Glanker, William Haigis.
Second. I hereby nominate and appoint my son George Haigis, as executor of this
my last Will and Testament, and request the Honorable Courth in which he may
qualify as such to require no Bond of him as said executory.
I further desire and direct that no appraisement or inventory of my estate be
made. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 27th day of May 1904.

Signed, published, declared and acknowledged by Jacob Haigis as and for his last
Will and Testament in our presence who, at his request and in his presence and
in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Jacob Haigis deceased
was this day produced in open court, filed, proven, established and ordered to
record as the last Will and Testament of said decedent.
