The will of Lizzie Thomasson, probated today in the Campbell co Court, provides for Edward G Thomasson, a nephew, to be appointed executor and he is authorized to sell for cash at either private or public sale, all of the real estate particularly her house and lot at Tenth and York sts. Newport.
Out of the proceeds he is directed to pay to himself $500. Nannie Sedons, Harry, Charles and Samuel Rardin, $100; Case Thomasson, nephew, gets $100; Minnie Rardin, $50; Julius M Thomasson, $100. Testator directs the proceeds of her household furniture and effects are to go to Daisy Sanders, Loretta Samuel, Milton and Raymond Rardin, share and share alike.
The residue of the estate is bequeathed to Susan Helms, Edward and Walter Fullilove, Sena Kaniff, Mattie Powers, Daisy Sanders, Nettie Vest, Ida Smith, Emma Carroll, Alice Rardin and the children of her deceased sister, Nora Reeb.
