Isabella Cunningham's will names her son as executor and empowers
him to dispose of the property as he may deem proper, after the payment of debts
and the erection of two tombstones, one to mark the resting place of her
husband, and the other her own grave.
The proceeds of the sale are to be divided among the eight children.
