THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, John Weaver, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William Weaver, a minor.
NOW, we John Weaver as principal, and Jacob Weaver, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John Weaver, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
