ACCIDENT
ACCIDENT-Yesterday morning, while Mr. William Tohmer, of Four
Mile Creek, was on his way home in a wagon drawn by two horses, he was thrown
out and seriously injured. He had arrived at a place on the Licking pike, when
the horses shied at some obstacle on the roadside and threw the wagon down the
embankment, the weight of the wagon drawing the horses down the embankment also,
killing one of them instantly and injuring the other in a manner that will
probably prove fatal.
The wagon was totally demolished.
