William F Stehlin

PFC. William F Stehlin, 27, husband of Mrs. Loretta Stehlin, of
921 Second avenue, Dayton and son of Mr. and Mrs. Elizabeth Stehlin, of 38 Lower
River road, Silver Grove, was killed in action Nov 20 in Holland, the War
Department has advised his family.
He previously had been listed as missing in action as of Nov 21. He had been overseas five months and in the infantry more than two years. He was the father of William Jr. 18 months. He has two brothers also overseas. S Sgt. Walter Stehlin is serving in France and Pvt. Lee Stehlin is stationed in the Pacific area.
