William Roberts, formerly of the non-commissioned staff of the
Third, stationed at the post and since last August located at the House of
Refuge, in Cincinnati where he accepted a position at the time he left the Third
here, was a visitor at the Administration Building Wednesday, calling upon his
old friends of the regiment before their change of base.
