Indentures made 28 Jan 1799 between James Taylor and Keturah his wife late, Keturah Leitch, widow and devisee of David Leitch of the County of Campbell of the one part and John Bartle of the same county of the other part. For and in consideration of 5 shillings paid by John, James and Keturah sell a certain tract of land containing 358 acres.

For and in consideration of the sum of 5 shillings John Bartle sells a certain tract of land containing 300 acres situated in the County aforesaid and on main Licking and being part of the Tract of land purchased by the said John Bartle of David Leitch. John and his wife, Lydia.

Indenture between Bernard Fowler and Elisabeth, his wife of one part, and Richard Southgate of the other part. For $1500, Richard bought land lying and being on Main Licking in the County of Campbell containing 300 acres, being the tract conveyed to Bernard by John Grant, together with houses, barns, buildings, stable yards, gardens, orchard, land, tenements, meddalls, pastures, feedings, commons, woods, underwoods, etc. To Grant from John Bartle (300 acres on which he lived) of 358 from David Leitch. Court Order Book 2, page 142-September 1819

On motion of Samuel Baker who produced satisfactory evidence that he is an
ordained minister of the Gospel in regular Communion with the Methodist Episcopal Church and who executed bond conditioned as the law directs with
William Riddick, his security and qualified according to law. It is ordered that testimonies be granted him in due form of law to authorize him to celebrate the rites of matrimony according to the forms of said church.

Indenture made 2 December 1826 between N C Haden, Executor of Elijah Smith, deceased, son and heir of Charles Smith Jr. deceased, of the County of Christian, State of Kentucky, of the one part and William Writs of the County of Campbell of the other part.
Haden in consideration of the sum of $200 sells all the tract of land situated in the County of Campbell on Steep Creek the waters of Licking River containing 26 acres.
