The court martial decisions at Ft Thomas Monday afternoon were as
follows: Private William H Lowny, Company D, Third Infantry, was found guilty of
absence without leave and sentenced to be dishonorably discharged and to three
months confinement.
Edward J Lockwood, Company C, Third Infantry, was found guilty of larceny and conduct prejudicial to military discipline, sentenced to be dishonorably discharged and six months imprisonment.
Edward B Corney, of the same company, was found guilty of conduct to the prejudice of military discipline and sentenced to be dishonorably discharged and three months confinement.
