William Kiefer, 83, a resident of Dayton for 72 years died yesterday at his home, 1007 Sixth av. He was one of the original settlers of Dayton, or Jamestown, as it was formerly called. He was also one of the oldest members of St Francis Church. A widow, four sons and two daughters survive him.
