Indenture made 30 August 1820 between William Miles and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of Henry Baker, deceased, of the County of Campbell of the one part and Peter Miles of the County of Baltimore in the State of Maryland of the other part. William and Elizabeth for $500. sell all the land in the State of Maryland aforesaid which the said Elizabeth Miles is entitled to as the only daughter and child of Mary Brice, deceased, who intermarried with Henry Baker deceased and which was devised to the said Mary by the name of Mary Brice, by the last Will and Testament of her father Thomas Brice, now deceased, executed on the 10 October 1775 which said last Will and Testament is recorded in Hartford County in the State of Maryland.
