Indenture made 2 December 1826 between N C Haden, Executor of Elijah Smith,
deceased, son and heir of Charles Smith Jr. deceased, of the County of Christian, State of
Kentucky, of the one part and William Writs of the County of Campbell of the other part.
Haden in consideration of the sum of $200 sells all the tract of land situated in the County of Campbell on Steep Creek the waters of Licking River containing 26 acres.
