William Fitzgerald at one time a prominent watch case engraver in Newport, but who has fallen by the wayside, was fined $30 and given 50 days in jail by Judge Moore in Newport Friday for raising a disturbance. He hails from Cold Spring and got drunk in Newport, making a racket.

The police warned him several times, but he seemed to be trying to arouse the city. He was taken by Patrolmen Conlon and Flynn.
