William Elmer Lipscomb

Robert Lipscomb, of 521 Powell st. Newport, was informed by
radiogram of the death of his son, William, 19, who was serving in the US
Marines at Tientsin, China. Death was due to blood poisoning Lipscomb learned.
The youth was in the service a year and had been stationed in China several months. His body will be shipped here for burial.
