Sergeant William M Drury, Company M and Private John Sheehy, Company I, left today in charge of insane prisoner Elmer White, who they will turn over to the authorities at the Government Asylum for the Insane at Washington DC.

Sergeant William M Drury and Private John Sheehy have returned from Washington, where they turned over Elmer White, the insane prisoner to the officials at the Government Insane Asylum. Sergeant Drury states that, contrary to expectation, White created  no scenes while en route and was not violent, his incessant talk constituting the only annoyance.
