William M Corbin is 38 years old and was born in California Ky.
He is a brother of Lieutenant Sam Corbin, of the Cincinnati Police Department
and is one of the finest in every sense that the word implies, being a fine
officer, a fine looking man and a fine fellow generally.
Corbin wins the gold mounted Colt's revolver offered by The Enquirer for selling the second largest number of tickets.
