NEWPORT
The will of Gustave Hulzhauer, deceased, was admitted to probate
yesterday. He devises that all his estate shall be given to his wife, Amelia
Hulzhauer, during her natural life. If she remarries she is to receive but the
income of one third of the estate, the balance to be equally divided among their
children.
Mrs. Hulzhauer was named as executrix without bond and qualified. The will was dated November 13, 1895 and drawn by Attorney James C Wright. The witnesses were Messrs. S G Danks and L L Ross, cashier and bookkeeper respectively at the Newport National Bank.
Mrs. Hulzhauer was in possession of the fact that the will was in existence and simply declined to offer it for probate until the regular term of the County Court and thus relieve her of some inconvenience.
