I, George M. Fuchs do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Wills heretofore made by me.
First. It is my Will all my just debts and all debts of my Estate be paid.
Second. After payment of debts, I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Louisa Fuchs for and during her natural life if She remains my unmarried Widow and for and during her Widowhood if She marry again all my Estate of every kind whereever situated.
Third. After the marriage of said Wife if she should marry again and after her death if She should not marry again. I give bequeath all my Estate to those persons who at my death are my heirs to them in fee simple forever. They to take in the same shares and proportions and in the same way they would have taken had this Will not been made.
Fourth. I nominate and appoint my said Wife Executrix of this
Will and ask that no Bond be required of her as Executrix and that no Inventory
appraisement in sale of any part of my Estate be required by any Court of
Probate when this Will may be proved.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 12th day of January 1887.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of George M. Fuchs deceased was this day
produced in open Court filed proven established and ordered to record as the
last Will and Testament of said decedent.
