NEWPORT
Under the will of the late J Frank Dye, of the Newport Sand Bank
Company, gives his wife Cora, all the household goods and furniture, save that
which was the property of his first wife, and this he gives to his son,
Cleveland H Dye. He provides that 238 shares of the Newport Sand Bank Company
stock is to be held and the income used to pay the debts before it is
distributed.
The widow is then given the $10,000 life insurance and 138 shares of the stock; each of the five sons are given 20 shares of the stock, and the residue is to be divided one half to the widow and one tenth each to the sons. Frank V Benton is named as executor.
