Last Will and Testament of Barbara Federle

IN THE NAME OF THE BENEVOLENT FATHER OF ALL:

I, the said Barbara Federle, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, considering the uncertainty of continuance of life, and desiring to make such disposition of my worldly estate as I deem best, do make, publish, and declare, this to be my Last Will and Testament; hereby revoking any and all former wills whatsoever by me made.

First: I desire all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid, as soon as possible after my decease.

Second: I give and bequeath to St Stephens Church of Newport, Ky. the sum of $500.00 for masses for the repose of my soul, and that of my deceased husband, Otto Federle.

Third: I give, devise, and bequeath all my property, real and personal, wherever situate to my four children, namely, Nicholas Federle, Ben Federle, Christina Federle Murry, and Mary Federle Saner, in fee simple, share and share alike.

Fourth: I nominate and appoint my two sons, Nicholas and Ben Federle to be the executors of the Will without bond.

In witness, hereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 10th day of October 1921.

Barbara Federle
