Ellen Cashen's will was offered for probate yesterday. She gives
Tobias Burke $1000, John and James Delaney, Bridge Ring and Mary Westwood, each
$500 and the Little Sisters of the Poor of Walnut Hills, and St Joseph Orphan
Asylum each $250.
She gives Bridge Tierney the house and lot at 908 York street, providing she gives John Burke $500 as his part of the estate. She gives $250 each to Honorah Burke, now Sister Jane, in the Order of Notre Dame; Mary Burke and Nellie Frick. Jane Ring, Kate Tierney and Rose Tierney each get $100. Tobias Burke is executor without bond.
