I, David Baker of the County of Campbell and the State of Kentucky, being sick and weak and infirm in body do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament as follows.

First I give to my Daughter Polly Milligan, and Rosana Spilman, my farm whereon I now live to be equally divided between them, and that within six months after my death and this division to be made by Samuel Wright and James Acklin, should I have any household property.  My will is that my Daughters above named may divide the same without any appraisement and I have some notes on John W Baker that I want the proceeds of them given equally to my two daughters after paying my just debts and funeral expenses and I do hereby nominate and appoint Samuel Baker my sole Executor, herby renouncing all former wills made by me in any wise.

In Testimony whereof I have hereunto sit my hand and seal this 26th day of August 1858.

Attest: William J Wright, Maria Spilman,  David Baker (seal)
