In the Campbell County Court Tuesday morning the will of Christian Wildt was left for probate. It is a lengthy document and he bequeaths to his wife, Charlotte Wildt, all his personal and real estate, mixed, of all descriptions. After her death the estate is to be divided by the following named:

To Charles Wildt, two lots on Ann Street; to his daughter, Mrs. Beyland, house and lot on German Street and Lot 26 in Trustees addition. He also bequeaths to Mrs. Beyland and to his son in law, Julius Beyland, two lots in Bellevue addition to Newport.

"After the death of my daughter and her husband the property shall go to the oldest son, August Beyland. In case he dies and has no children it shall go to Albert Beyland." He devised that on any attempt being made to set aside the will the person shall forfeit his or her share of the portion allowed. He appoints Julius Beyland executor without bond.

After his wife's death the household effects shall belong to his daughter the money, stocks and bonds to be divided between the two boys, Albert and August. The will was dated July 27, 1891, and witnessed by M J Brown and Walter Eisenschmidt.
