LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CARRIE CAVANAUGH DECEASED.
Dayton Ky. January 23rd, 1909.
In the name of the father and of the son and
of the Holy Ghost Amen.
I, the undersigned Carrie Cavanaugh being of sound mind and good memory and
having no ill will towards any one make and publish this my last Will and
Testament.
1st. I want all my lawful debts, all expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses to be first paid.
2nd. I give to my brother, Rev. Henry J. Wimer one hundred and thirty five dollars, due to him.
3rd. I give to my brother also fifty dollars for so many masses for the repose of my Soul.
4th. I give to St. Francis Roman Catholic Church of Dayton Ky twenty five dollars; the residue of my property of any natural or kind whatsoever, I give to my three sons Louis, George and Edwin Cavanaugh in equal shares, that is share and share alike, furthermore I want no appraisement made of my estate, I appoint my brother Rev. Henry J. Wimer, Guardian of my children, I also appoint Joseph Nilling of Dayton Ky to act as Administrator of my estate.

The above last Will was witnessed by us at her request and signed by us in her presence and in the presence of each other.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Carrie Cavanaugh deceased was, this day produced in open court, filed proven, established and ordered to record as the last Will and Testament of said decedent.
