THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, William Reiley, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William Henry Wagoner, a minor.
NOW, we William Reiley as principal, and Samuel Wright his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Reily, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
