The first lunacy inquest held yesterday in the Campbell Circuit Court by Judge Berry and jury. The first was of Mrs. Virgie Hollmeyer, 25, of Dayton. She is the mother of four children and is violent and imagines she is going to come into possession of great wealth. She has spells of frenzy and physicians testified her insanity is of a dangerous type. She was adjudged insane and ordered committed to Lakeland Asylum.

Sheriff Nagel and guard took Mrs. Virgie Hollmeyer to Lakeland Asylum today. There was quite a scene at the woman's home, 914 Fifth av. Dayton, when Sheriff Nagel called to take Mrs. Hollmeyer to the train. She is the mother of three children, the youngest being but 11 months old and force had to be used to part the mother from her little ones.
Her insanity dates from the death of her husband a year ago. At times she is very rational but having made attempts on her life, it was decided to commit her to Lakeland.
