DEATH
Veronica Brown, wife of Joe Brown, the contracting painter, died
yesterday at her home, 1035 Putnam street. Gangrene caused her death. The
deceased was 58 years old and leaves two children. She was a niece of he late
Father Voll, who for many years was the pastor of Corpus Christi and a
sister-in-law of the late County Judge Martin Brown.
Requiem high mass will be celebrated at St Stephen Church Wednesday morning, January 9m at 9 am. The remains will be interred at St Joseph Cemetery.
