Bellevue City Council last night declared the office of third night patrolman vacant upon the statement of Chief of Police Ratliff that Patrolman Vernon Nagel had tendered his resignation to him Wednesday morning. Nominations were made as follows:
Charles Hildebrant, Charles Frommell and John Allmoslechner.
