Ordered that Charles Morgan, Washington Berry, and David Mortin act as Guardians of the orphans of Edmund Vaughan deceased for the purpose of making a Conveyance of five hundred Acres of Land to Joseph Michaux out of a Tract of 8084 on Woolpers Creek according to agreement between the said Vaughan & the said Michaux & make report thereof to the next Court.
