Quartermaster Sergeant Tobe Cope, Company A, Third Infantry, who
was returned from Alaska to Vancouver Barracks, Wash. for treatment in the post
hospital for cancer of the nose, is now in the hospital at the Presidio, San
Francisco, much improved in health and expects soon to be transferred to Ft
Thomas for the winter months.
