Sergeant Thomas Fallon, Twenty-third Battery, field artillery, better known throughout the service as the "Old Champion" owing to the fact that he was the winner in a fight with Tom Sharkey in San Francisco in 1893, has been discharged but will re-enlist after a few weeks visit at his home.
