Theodore Creutz, 522 Sixth avenue, Dayton, has formally announced his candidacy for Dayton Council, subject to the Democratic primary. A native of Dayton, is a World War veteran and a veteran member of the Dayton Fire Department. During the flood he served with the firemen.
