Edwin Byrnes, 39, auto salesman, died suddenly Monday of heart trouble at his home, 115 Hamlet st. Newport. He was a World War veteran. Surviving him are his widow, Grace Hughes Byrnes; three children, Betty, Hugh and Bob; three sisters, Mrs. P Rettig, Mrs. Clarence Berger and Mrs. S Fisher, all of Cincinnati and a brother, Paul, of Cincinnati.
Funeral services in charge of Muehlenkamp, Costigan & Roll, Newport undertakers, will be held Thursday at 8 am at the residence, followed by requiem high mass at St Stephen Church at 8:30 am. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery, Price Hill.
