THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Camilla A Spence, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Ellen, Sidney, Alice A, Maria, Louisa and Caroline Spence, minors.
NOW, we Camilla A Spence as principal, and J B Bayliff, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Camilla A Spence, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
