Deed made 7 August 1820 between Solomon Trusdell, Senr. and Christina his wife of the County of Campbell, State of Kentucky of the first part and Solomon Trusdell Jnr., Jacob Trusdell, David Trusdell, Mathias Trusdell, George Trusdell, James Trusdell, Mary Trusdell, Susannah Trusdell & Elizabeth Trusdell, children of the said Solomon Trusdell Senr. of the Second part. Solomon and Christina for and in consideration of the Sum of $1. sell Children all that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Campbell ... corner to John Stephen's ... containing by survey Two hundred acres and being the same conveyed by Frank Spillman as Administrator of the estate of William Kennedy by deed bearing date 15 June 1815. Also all that other tract of land situated in the County of Washington and State aforesaid Containing by Survey 350 acres, being the same tract of land conveyed to said Solomon Trusdell Senr. by Jacob Miers by deed dated Sixth August 1794. Also all that other tract situated in the County of Campbell State aforesaid on Riffle Creek branch of Licking River containing 206 acres ... in George Kelly's line (now Southgates) ... called Bird's line ... crossing Riffle Creek ... being the same tract conveyed to said Solomon by Adam Youtsey and Tryphena his wife by deed dated 26 November 1819. Also all that certain tract of land situated in the County of Campbell State aforesaid which was conveyed to Solomon by John T. Hawkins by deed dated 29 June 1813 Containing 350 acres being a tract of 400 acres patented to William Clark assignee of James Clark.
