Seweight Yates (sic) 50, of 110 Fourth av. Dayton, died early today from a complication of diseases. He was a motorman on the Bellevue and Dayton line and five years ago was in an accident, when his car went over the Taylor Mill embankment. He was injured and for some time it was thought he would die.
He has been sickly ever since the accident but his physician says his death was not caused by injuries then received. He leaves two sons, Frank and Harrison and a daughter. The funeral will take place Friday afternoon. He was the oldest motorman on the road at the time of his injury.
