Mrs. Sarah Winters, a pioneer resident of Cold Spring, Campbell co. will celebrate her ninety-fourth anniversary of her birth on next Sunday at the country home. Although nearing the century mark, she is hale and hearty and talks interestingly of her early days in Cincinnati and Kentucky.
She came from Durham co. England in 1827 and located in Cincinnati. About a year later she came to Campbell co. and resided in Cold Spring, where she was married. She has resided on the same farm for 71 years.
A family reunion of children and grandchildren will be held at the home Sunday. Dick Winters, a son, who takes care of the arm is one of the best known farmers in the county.

Mrs. Sarah Winters, one of the oldest pioneers of Campbell co. met with an accident at her home on the Alexandria pike near Cold Spring, Saturday, in which she received injuries that will cause her death. While lying on the bed she attempted to turn over and fell off on the floor and suffered a fracture of her hip.
She is 95 years old and Dr. Ragan who attended her, stated last night owing to her advanced age, her chances for recovery are not favorable. Mrs. Winters has been a resident of Campbell co. all her life.

Mrs. Sarah Winters, 96, oldest woman resident in Campbell co. whose death occurred Saturday near Cold Spring, was buried today. The funeral services wre held at the Baptist Church, Alexandria.
