THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Joseph A Piner, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Samuel Maxwell, a minor.
NOW, we Joseph A Piner as principal, and E A Miller, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Joseph A Piner, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
