NEWPORT
Mrs. Sallie Artsman, 75, widow of former Master Commissioner Gus
Artsman and mother in law of W P Dickerson, member of the Board of Education,
died yesterday at her home on West Front street, near York after a short
illness. Death was due to the infirmities attendant upon old age.
Mrs. Artsman was the mother of Mrs. Dickerson, Mrs. C W Coffin and Mrs. Augusta Dickerson and had resided in Newport for 55 years.
The funeral services will take place tomorrow afternoon with interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
