Ruth Roll, 18, daughter of Joseph Roll, former member of the Newport Board of Education, died yesterday at her home, 418 Elm st. Newport. She was a graduate of the Newport High School. Funeral arrangements have not been made.

COMPANIONS
The funeral of Miss Ruth Roll, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Roll, of 418 Elm st. Newport, took place this morning with requiem mass celebration at Immaculate Conception Church, Newport, Rev O'Bryan celebrant. The Church was crowded with relatives and friends of the deceased and the young girl companions of Miss Roll in life acted as pall bearers: Helena Fisher, Bertha Griesinger, Ella Costigan, Nellie Young, Bertha Roth, Minnie Kispert, Edna Engelhardt and Stella Roll. The interment was at St Stephen Cemetery.

PALLBEARERS
The pallbearers at the funeral of Miss Ruth Roll yesterday were eight girl companions dressed in graduating gowns. They were of the class of 1909 at the Immaculate Academy and were Misses Nellie Young, Helen Fisher, Bertha Grisinger, Ella Costigan, Bertha Roth, Minnie Kispert, Edna Engelhart and Stella Roll.
Services were held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
