Services
Tomorrow Morning For Elderly Newport Resident
Services for Mrs. Rose
Stricker, 648 York Street, Newport, will be held at 9:30 o’clock tomorrow at the
W.C. Betz Sons funeral home, Newport, followed by 10 o’clock by requiem high
mass at Church of the Immaculate Conception, Newport. The Immaculate Conception
Altar Society will hold services at 8:30 o’clock today at the funeral home.
Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.
Mrs. Stricker died Wednesday at
Speers Hospital, Dayton, after a long illness. Sixty-nine years old, she had
lived in Newport 60 years. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Marie Bucher,
Newport; four sons, George Stricker, Cleveland and Julius, Edward and Clarence
Stricker, Newport and 10 grandchildren.
