A fall wedding was that of Miss Dorothy Blank, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N J Blank, Ft Thomas and Robert Lonneman, son of Mr.
and Mrs. G H Lonnneman, performed Wednesday at 8:30 am at St Therese Church,
Southgate. The attendants included: Mrs. Ray Baumgartner, sister of the bride,
Ft Thomas. The bride, who is a pharmacist is a graduate of the Cincinnati
College of Pharmacy.

Services have been set for Saturday for Nicholas J Blank Sr. 81, widely known northern Kentucky druggist and president of Hale-Justis Drug Co. Cincinnati, who died Wednesday night at St Luke Hospital, Ft Thomas. Mr. Blank, formerly active in philanthropic endeavors, had turned over operation of his three retail drug stores to two daughters and a son. All four (sic) are registered pharmacists.
He is survived by one son, Nicholas J, Cold Spring, who now operates the pharmacies in Newport and Ft Thomas; the two daughters, Mrs. Rose Baumgartner, wife of Ray, proof reader for the Post of Ft Thomas; and Mrs. Dorothy Lonneman, Ft Thomas, who with her husband, Robert, operates a drug store on Holman street, Covington

Rose Marie Blank was born 27 July 1905 in Newport, the
daughter of Nicholas Joseph Blank and Rose Huber. The 1940 census of Ft Thomas,
lists Rose Marie as owning a drug store and working as a pharmacist. Her husband
Ray was a printer.
The 1944 city directory for Newport lists Mrs. Rose Baumgartner working in Blank’s Pharmacy. The 1950 census shows her living in Ft Thomas. She died 26 Nov 1979 in Cincinnati.
